Pentadam is a design and build-group, offering a comprehensive suite of services that seamlessly integrates both design and build of architecture and interior disciplines.<\/p>

Established in 2018, the group initially focused on building renovations and interiors. Soon after, it identified a significant gap in the market where the industry often overlooked the crucial consideration of aligning building planning with their intended purposes and interior utilization. This oversight resulted in subsequent remodelling and renovation of projects that could have been prevented through meticulous initial planning.<\/p>

Considering this insight, the group broadened its scope and strengthened its team to deliver a complete spectrum of services, spanning the design and build of architecture, landscape, interiors, and renovations.<\/p>

The group\u2019s focus is to embark on projects where design and building implementation are offered as a cohesive package. This integrated approach ensures that buildings are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional, innovative, and architecturally appealing.<\/p>

Roza Amin<\/h5>Founder | Lead Designer\u200b<\/span><\/div>

As the Founder and Project Lead of Pentadam, she holds a central role. Her strategies shape projects by overseeing and coordinating all aspects, from contract signing\/designing to the end of the realization phase of buildings. Her journey in the industry began with a bachelor\u2019s degree in architectural design from Artez in the Netherlands in 2007, followed by a master's degree in design management from Birmingham City University, England. Alongside her role at Pentadam, she shares her expertise by teaching design at the University of Sulaymaniyah, finding it rewarding to positively impact the future generation and the regional building industry. In her leisure time, Roza enjoys reading, working out, immersing herself in nature, watching stand-up comedians, and socializing. <\/p><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

\nBahman M. Jabar is an architect renowned for his adept management of site execution and supervision. With a comprehensive understanding of planning, design, and construction across various project types and sizes, he excels in offering technical design solutions during the construction phases of development. Joining Pentadam at its establishment, he later became a partner in the group. Beyond his professional pursuits, Bahman is passionate about writing and reading novels. Proficient in 3D modeling, photorealistic renders, and architectural sets, he brings valuable skills to the team. Awder, the most stringent member of the team, is a man devoted to numbers. In his view, every penny spent is considered a waste of money. Holding a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from the University of Slemani, Awder manages all aspects of finance and accounting for Pentadam. Despite his financial discipline, he brings a great sense of humor to the team. With his money management mindset, he aspires to elevate Pentadam to the next level. Rawaz, a freelance architect and digital designer based in the Netherlands, has a rich collaborative history with Roza. Their journey began as design students in the Netherlands and extended into Kurdistan, where they had the opportunity to work together on several projects over time. Beyond his architectural expertise, Rawaz showcases remarkable talent in various digital designs. He plays a pivotal role in supporting Pentadam with digital presentations and marketing promotions. When deeply engaged in his work, Rawaz can often be found enjoying a nice tune.
