Poney Store 2019

The implementation supervision of the Poney store, a popular Malaysian kid’s brand, took place at the Family Mall in Slemani City. The store, originally designed in Malaysia to reflect the brand’s identity, required some adjustments to fit the available space in the mall. Adhering to building regulations and technical guidance, the mechanical and electrical installations were completed first, followed by the interior fit-outs, including ceiling, walls, flooring, doors, lighting, shelving, and interior stands. Finding suitable materials that matched the design and maintaining constant communication with the Malaysian design team posed challenges during the project.

Ultimately, the implementation was successful, and the client was satisfied with the outcome. Subsequently, the team was entrusted with overseeing the implementation of the prestigious five-star Habib Beirut restaurant.
